Our managing director, Mr Chris Soutsis started off Active Refrigeration Service back in the mid 1980’s. Since opening he noticed that most of his customers require the services of many trades, refrigeration technicians for fridges, freezers, cool rooms, ice cream makers, Electricians for electrical faults, lighting and switch board upgrades and Air conditioner technicians for all air conditioner installations, breakdowns and service. Thus over the years he has employed various trades people with the skills required and experience to ensure our customers can have the best solutions and service at a reasonable price.
On every job we undertake, we price it according and charge to two different fee structures. We can either quote the whole job, from start to finish all materials, safety certificates etc included. Or we can go by the hour with materials extra. We issue quotes on request, and they are valid for 30 days (from date of issue). With a fully flexible workforce, you can rest assure that your project can usually be finished in your time frame. Our quotes are free for all non breakdown related matters ( ie new installs, upgrades or preventative maintenance).
